Greek School Bake Sale: Friday, November 17 during the Friday Lunch, 1:00 am - 2:00 pm.

AOC (Adult Orthrodox Christians): Pot luck dinner and discussion, Saturday, November 18 at 6:00 pm. More information to follow.

Jr. GOYA (5 - 8th grades): Jr. GOYA will be gathering after Divine Liturgy on Sunday, November 19th to pack Thanksgiving food baskets and put together the IOCC Hygiene Kits. Please stay after to help out with both these important projects.

Assumption Ladies Philoptochos Holiday Party: Celebrate the season on Sunday, December 3rd following Divine Liturgy (12:30 - 4:00 pm) at Surf & Sirloin, 13090 Manchester Rd., Des Peres, MO. Tickets are $25 each. All women 18 years of age of the Assumption Church and community are cordially invited to join us.

St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church Feast Day: Join the parishioners of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church at 4967 Forest Park Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108 for their feast day. Great Vespers will be served on Tuesday, December 5th at 5:00 pm, and the Feast Day Divine Liturgy will be served on Wednesday, December 6 at 10:00 am followed by a celebratory brunch. Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church 100th Anniversary Gala Dinner Dance: Join the parishioners of St. Nicholas in celebrating their Church centennial on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the Family Life Center, 12550 South Forty Drive, St. Louis. New Year’s Eve – Puttin’ on the Ritz!: Ring in the New Year and dance to the music of Kostas Kastanis and have the children enjoy their own Glow Party, Sunday, December 31st. Vespers at 7:00 pm, Doors open at 8:00 pm and Dinner at 9:00 pm. $55 per adult prior to Dec. 20th and $60 after, Table of 8 - $420 (valid until Dec. 20th); $30 ages 10 – 19, children under 10 are free. Blessing of the Waters: On Saturday, January 6, 2017, the Feast of the Theophany, at 1:15 PM the traditional Blessing of the Waters will take place at Lake 1 in Wilmore Park located on Hampton Road just north of Gravois Road. Enter the Park from Hampton Road. Take the park road to the north lake, which is also called Lake 1. To find the location on Google maps, just enter “Wilmore Park, Lake 1.

St. Basil the Great Church Feast Day: Please join the parishioners of St. Basil’s for Vigil on Saturday, January 13, and on Sunday, January 14th the Greeting of the Bishop and Hierarchical Divine Liturgy will be followed by a festal banquet.
